The staff made us feel so special with their solicitous service, from the receptionist who welcomed us with a smile to the restaurant staff who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in a lovely leafy suburb and just a stone's throw away from the ocean, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms were so comfortable and warm, and we loved the fact that there was a spa on-site. It was such a bonus to be able to indulge in a relaxing massage and unwind by the outdoor swimming pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect as it was close to the golf course and the beach. I really enjoyed spending time at the Highlander restaurant, where they had live entertainment and a delicious Asian stir fry evening. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, and they even arranged a mini decoration for a birthday celebration. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities were also a great addition, allowing me to relax and unwind during my stay.

That some of the staff seemed a bit irritated to be serving us. However, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel as the positives far outweigh any minor inconvenience.

It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area. The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail, and the beds are super comfortable - I had a great night's sleep. I particularly loved having a balcony in the Heritage Wing, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Another standout feature is the breakfast, which is truly exceptional. They even offer champagne of your choice to start your day right.

They greeted me with a warm smile and a herbal tea before my treatment began. The atmosphere was so relaxing with beautiful decor and soothing background music. The spa therapists were highly professional and made me feel completely at ease. Noxee Hani was my therapist and she did a fantastic job, ensuring that I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I can't wait to visit the spa again! I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and indulgent experience.
